Nature is the inspiration for all my works, not understood as landscape but as a form of life seen from a macro lens and revisited with mosaic technique, stimulating creativity with alternating materials and
animated and articulated textures. This work is nothing more than a synthesis of a vision of the lake bed. The title indicates its intention " In " stands for immersion within the space, which in this case is the lake
itself with its various elements that make it up of water, rocks, fauna, etc...
After inspecting the placement site, there will be used materials and adhesives for the outdoors and resistant to atmospheric agents.
The mosaic will also be treated with consolidants to ensure its durability.
It guarantees that the work poses no danger to the materials used or third parties.
Technique used:
The work consists of a single panel of about 3 cm; various materials with different thicknesses articulate the mosaic texture to create an effect closer to bas-relief. The plasticity of the work is contributed by the other colour effects, from gold and silver, symbolising the reflection of light on water to the softer colours of marble to create greater detachment of the background.
The mosaic work will be handcrafted using the direct technique with the following materials, marble, enamel and gold from Murano, pebbles, and some elements in ceramic for another vibrant and sculptural texture effect.
