The Mosaici Park has been enriched with the works from the 2021 and 2022 competitions, which have been placed in the lakeside garden area. The total number of works has now reached 56, despite the pandemic and the floods that have affected the area in recent years.
Twelve new works have been taken out of storage where they were in the process of being set up. Unlike the pre-COVID period, the Administration has decided not to organize an inauguration but to connect the presentations of the new mosaics to upcoming events in the coming months.
The curators and creators of the park are collecting photographic material and descriptions, which are also used for this new website, to have a Catalog of the works and the artists.
The goal of having a park with 50 works in ten years has been significantly exceeded in eight.
It is therefore necessary to thank the volunteers, artists, and schools. Special mention goes to the Cerbaiola Center, which has placed 9 works over the years.
With the resources of the PIC Un Tesoro di Territorio project, financed by the Lombardy Region, the Administration has published this new website, installed informational and signage boards.
